The 30-Day ResetChange who you are, not just what you do.
Six minutes a day and one small task. Thirty days of the work that changes who you are, sized to fit the life you already have.
"A new notebook, a new plan, a Monday that was going to be different, and by the second week the energy that started it has gone. Motivation lasts a day. What lasts is something so small and so tied into the day that skipping it takes more effort than doing it. That's what this guide builds."
Bradley, founder of Kings Piece
Built to survive your worst day.
Open today's page. It tells you the task, how long it takes and what to read. Nothing to plan, nothing to remember, no week to hold in your head.
Minutes a day
The Daily Rep, hung on things that already happen in your day. It keeps running on the days nothing else does.
Small task a day
Usually five to fifteen minutes, now and then up to half an hour. Every seventh day is lighter: just the Daily Rep and a ten-minute review.
Rules, that's all
The minimum version always counts. Never miss twice. A missed day is an accident; a missed second day is the start of a new habit.
That's the Daily Rep. You set it up on Day 0 in about twenty-five minutes, and you're into it on page 9.
Change starts at the bottom.
Most attempts to change aim at the top layer: diets, schedules, discipline systems. Nothing above Identity moves for good until Identity does. That's why willpower alone rarely lasts, and it's the layer this guide works on.
Identity is who you believe you are, underneath everything.
Beliefs are the rules that come from that.
Emotions are what those rules make you feel.
Actions are what you do as a result, and the only layer anyone else can see.
Three phases. One page a day.
The same pieces of work the full Sovereignty programme is built on, cut down to fit a life that's already full.

Your gap statement

The belief on trial

Who it's for
Anyone who knows what they should be doing and keeps not doing it. Busy people, with full lives, who need something that fits inside the day rather than on top of it.
You don't need to be desperate to do this. That's the point of it.
It isn't therapy, and it isn't for a crisis. If you're struggling right now, please speak to your GP, or call Samaritans on 116 123, free, any time.
The Kings Journal + The Sovereignty System
The Daily Rep fits straight into the journal: your morning read and one question on the morning page, your one line on the evening page. The journal is where the practice lives; the guide gives it thirty days of structure.

Before you start
How long does it take each day?+
About six minutes for the Daily Rep, plus one task, usually five to fifteen minutes and now and then up to half an hour. Every seventh day is lighter. Each day's page tells you how long it takes before you start.
What if I miss a day?+
Do that day's task tomorrow, or on the next lighter day. The days are numbers, not dates. The one rule that doesn't bend is the Daily Rep: never miss it twice.
Do I print it, or use it on a screen?+
Either. In a PDF app you can tap the tick boxes and type into every line and worksheet, on a phone, tablet or computer. The pages print cleanly at A5 or A4, and every exercise works in a notebook too. If you have the Kings Journal, the Daily Rep fits straight into it.
Is this the same as the Sovereignty programme?+
No. It's built on the same pieces of work, cut down to fit a full life: thirty days, a page a day, on your own. The programme is thirteen weeks and goes much further, with the full shadow work, purpose, relationships and group calls with me. This is where most people should start.
I did the free 7-Day Starter. Where do I begin?+
At Day 1. A fresh baseline is the point, and you'll find the thirty days go further than the first seven.
Can I get a refund?+
Because the guide is an instant digital download, it can't be returned once it's sent. If something's wrong with your file, email us and we'll put it right. See the refund policy for the details.
Thirty days from now, measure what moved.
Read four pages, set up the Daily Rep, and tomorrow is Day 1.
