How long does the Queens Journal take to complete?
Following our recommendations, the Journal will take 13 weeks which is 90 days to complete.
"We also suggest taking a day or two before starting your everyday journaling, so that you have time to go through our beginning exercises and goal setting. This will enable you to conduct an in-depth analysis of yourself and determine what you want your goals to be for this chapter."
Do I have to complete every exercise ?
Whilst it is not mandatory. Completing every exercise will give you a strong premise to form a good understanding of yourself, how to improve and what areas to improve on, in addition also allowing you to take a deep reflection on your current life and what your aspirations are, this is arguably one of the most exciting parts of the journal...
In short no you don't but for your own benefit we suggest you do!
Do i have to journal every day ?
We strongly recommend that you journal everyday as this will allow you to holistically reflect on behaviours and patterns and keep you consistent and disciplined with planning your day and actively working on achieving your goal and tasks. However, if you do not feel like journaling every day you do not have to.
What do i do once i complete the Queens Journal ?
Once you complete the current chapter of the Queens journal, keep it and put it on your shelf or put it away somewhere safe, and if this Journal has helped you significantly then we would like to congratulate you and thank you for allowing us to be a big part of your everyday routine and growth.
