Sovereignty
The 13-week identity transformation protocol
For the person who has done the reading, tried the habits — and is still running the same patterns.
This isn't a motivation problem.
It isn't an information problem.
It's an identity problem.
You Know Yourself Well.
You're Still Doing It.
You've read the books. Maybe done therapy. You understand your patterns — where they come from, why they show up, what they cost you.
And yet. The same dynamic in relationships. The same ceiling at work. The same moment where you know exactly what to do and still don't do it.
Your behaviour is running an identity that was installed before you had any say in the matter. Understanding it intellectually doesn't change it at that level. The operating system is still running the old code.
This programme goes to the source.
Thirteen Weeks.
One Direction.
A structured protocol that works at the identity level, not the surface. Three phases, and you don't skip one to get to the next.
Surface what's actually running the system — the installed beliefs, the patterns you've built your sense of self around. Nothing is fixed yet. It's mapped, with honesty.
Go to the source, then rebuild — the identity, the discipline, the purpose underneath it. This is the hardest stretch, and where the real change is laid down.
Embody it, and test it against real life — relationships, work, an ordinary Tuesday. Leave with something that sustains, not something that fades by March.
Built around the physical Kings Journal — you'll need one before week one.

For a Specific Person.
Capable, functioning, achieving by most external measures. There's a gap between who you present as and who you actually are — and you know it.
- You've done development work before and aren't a beginner
- You understand your patterns intellectually and are still running them
- You're ready to look at what's actually driving the system
- You want to work at the source, not the surface
- You can commit ninety days to doing this properly
- You're looking for motivation, accountability or habit frameworks
- You want surface-level techniques and quick wins
- You're not prepared to look at the material that's hard to look at
- You're in active crisis and need immediate clinical support
- You'd rather skip the application and the discovery call
I spent years doing the work. Therapy, philosophy, breathwork, journalling, coaches, retreats. I understood myself with real precision. And I kept running the same patterns.
What I eventually realised is that I was working at the wrong level. I kept updating my understanding of the programme without ever touching the programme itself. The identity underneath was untouched, so everything built on top of it kept getting pulled back.
Sovereignty is built around that. The curriculum goes to the source — the beliefs, the shadow material, the structures installed before you had any say in the matter. Not to analyse them from a distance. To change them at the level where they live.
If something here is landing, the full programme — the curriculum, what's included, and how to apply — is one click away.
Sovereignty is personal development and coaching. It is not therapy, and it is not crisis care. The work goes to genuinely difficult material, and it is the wrong container for someone in acute distress — not because you aren't welcome, but because you'd be better served elsewhere first. If you're struggling right now, Samaritans are free on 116 123, any time, any day. Nobody is enrolled in acute crisis, and that's a protection, not a rejection.
Three Places.
