An entrepreneur bought five Kings Journals for his sales team. He wasn't pitched. He'd been using one himself, and decided his people should have them too.

The reason this page exists

Choose Your Route

One Brand.
Two Distinct Partnerships.

Corporate programmes and wholesale partnerships need different information, margins and support. Choose the route that fits your goal.

Why This, For a Team

Most Staff Gifts
Get Left in a Drawer.

Branded water bottles, another hoodie, a hamper split three ways in the kitchen. The Kings Journal is thirteen structured weeks built on four pillars — and it asks something of the person holding it, which is why they keep it.

01
Mentality

Guided morning and evening reflection built on real psychology, not hustle noise. The part of performance nobody trains and everybody needs.

02
Wealth

Goals with a review cadence attached. Written intentions outperform stated ones, and a team that writes things down finishes more of them.

03
Physical Health

Energy, sleep and movement tracked plainly. The lever most wellbeing budgets talk about and most gifts never actually touch.

04
Community

Relationships treated as something you maintain deliberately. A team doing this together talks differently within a month.

Thirteen weeks is the point. A journal that runs a quarter fits how a business already thinks. Hand them out at a kickoff and the review lands with the quarter's close.

Ordering more than a hundred? Say so in the form and we'll price it properly rather than making you buy in blocks. Mixed orders across the Kings and Queens journals are fine and count toward the same tier.

Two Ways In

Give Them Away,
Or Sell Them On.

Different conversations, different terms. Tell us which one you are and we'll skip the wrong half of the pitch.

Path One
Gift It

You're buying for your own people or your clients. Volume pricing above applies straight away, and the minimum is twenty.

  • Team wellbeing and staff development budgets

  • New-starter and onboarding packs
  • Q4 client gifts that don't end up regifted
  • Coworking or membership welcome packs
  • Delegate packs for training cohorts

Path Two
Stock It

You want the journal on your counter or in your shop. That's a trade relationship rather than a bulk purchase, so the terms are different and better.

  • Gyms, studios and wellness spaces
  • Barbershops and grooming brands
  • Independent retailers and concept stores
  • Hotel and members' club retail
  • Point-of-sale material provided free
  • Consignment trial available — 30 to 40 units, no money up front
Talk Trade Terms

Trade pricing is set case by case so you keep a proper retail margin. Ask and we'll send the rate card.

Who This Is For

If Any of These
Sound Like You.

Sales Teams

Mindset is already half your training budget. This is the part they take home.

People & HR

A wellbeing spend that shows up in behaviour, not just in the benefits deck.

Growth-Stage Startups

Small enough that everyone gets one, ambitious enough that they'll use it.

Gyms & Studios

Train your mind like you train your body. Staff gift and counter retail in one.

Coworking Spaces

A welcome pack members keep, refreshed each quarter for new joiners.

Barbershops

Your customer is already ours. It sits well next to the shelf you've built.

Training & Coaching

Thirteen weeks of structure to hand every delegate on day one of the cohort.

Founder Communities

A gift for the cohort that carries the same message you already teach.

How It Works

Four Steps,
No Sales Process.

1
Tell us the numbers

The form below takes about a minute. Units, rough timeline, and whether this is a gift or a resale. That's genuinely all we need to quote.

2
You get a real quote

Within one working day, with the per-unit price, delivery and payment terms on it. No discovery call required before you can see a number.

3
See one first, if you want

We'll send a single journal to whoever is signing this off. It's a physical product and it makes a better case in the hand than on a page.

4
Delivered in seven to ten working days

Boxed, to one address or several. Pay by invoice on thirty-day terms or by card — whichever your finance team prefers.

Questions

The Practical
Bits.

Anything not covered — corporate@kingspiece.co.uk.

Twenty for gifting. Below that you're better off buying at retail — the discount wouldn't be worth the paperwork for either of us. Retail stockists start at thirty on a consignment trial.
Ask us. Branding on the cover or a printed insert page is possible on larger runs, but it changes the lead time and the cost, so it needs to be a conversation rather than a checkbox. Tell us what you had in mind in the form and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth doing.
Yes. Thirty-day invoice terms on any order over twenty units, with a PO number on it if your finance team needs one. Card payment is fine too if that's quicker to get signed off.
Please do. We'll send a single journal to whoever is making the decision. It's a physical object and it argues for itself better in the hand than in a PDF.
Yes, and for a mixed team you probably should. Both count toward the same volume tier, so a fifty-unit order split however you like is still priced at the fifty rate.
