The KP Circle

Build Yourself.
Build Your Circle.Build What Matters.

A community for people serious about becoming better and helping each other move forward. The journal and the app for the reflection. Real rooms and shared miles for the connection.

Founding members now · First official event: London, January 2027

The Promise

You don't need another group chat.

The world has never been more connected, yet it's strangely easy to build a life where nobody truly knows us.

Most people have plenty of contacts and almost no company. Group chats that go quiet. Networks where everyone is selling. Friendships that survive on birthday messages.

This is one community with one promise and a few rituals that actually repeat. You come for the work you're doing on yourself. You stay because of who else is in the room.

We're building the room many ambitious people struggle to find: thoughtful enough for deeper conversation, practical enough to create movement, and human enough that you don't need to perform success to belong.

Come with a goal. Come with a question. Come with the part of your life you're ready to stop carrying alone.

Believe in you. Then build around people who do too.

More than membership

A circle built to make growth feel real.

01

Meaningful Network

Meet people with shared values, ambition and a genuine desire to become more, without the shallow exchange of traditional networking.

02

Accountability

Turn private intentions into visible commitments through check-ins, scorecards, and people who remember what you said mattered.

03

Deeper Conversation

Discuss identity, purpose, discipline, relationships, health, business and faith with curiosity rather than judgement.

04

Real Experiences

Move beyond group chats through runs, workshops, challenges and shared experiences designed to build stronger bonds.

The Rhythm

The shape of a week, not a feed.

The rhythm the Circle is built around: a reason to reflect, act, connect and begin again, without turning growth into another full-time job.

Monday

Set the standard

Share one meaningful priority and the behaviour that will prove you're serious about it.

Midweek

The honest check-in

Say what's working, where you're drifting, and what support or perspective would help.

Friday

Wins, lessons and evidence

Capture progress that would otherwise be forgotten, and learn openly from what didn't go to plan.

From 2027

Run & Reset

Every other week: a slow run, then the journal. Review the last two weeks and set the next three goals, together.

From 2027

Crew Missions

We turn up somewhere together: a boxing session, a hike, a talk.

January 2027

The first official event

London. The date and venue go to the founding list first.

Coming in 2027

Run & Reset. Every other week, from 2027.

The ritual we plan to start in 2027. A slow run at talking pace, then a sit-down with your journal: look back at the last two weeks honestly, set the next three goals, and say one commitment out loud. Free. Run or walk. No pace, no stopwatch.

10 minutes

Meet

Coffee in hand, names, and one question: what's the fortnight been like?

30 to 40 minutes

Run

Slow enough to talk the whole way. Walkers welcome, and nobody gets left at the back.

45 minutes

Sit down with the journal

What did I do? What did I miss, and why? Three goals for the next two weeks.

10 minutes

Say it out loud

One commitment each, with a date. You'll be asked about it next time.

Help pick the day

Sundays are full for a lot of us, church included. So the members choose: Sunday morning or Monday evening. When it starts in 2027, it starts on the day most people can actually make.

In person

One meet-up isn't a community.

Depth forms in person and in the journal. Everything else is what keeps you in each other's week.

From 2027

Run & Reset

The one we will run ourselves, every other week. Free, open, slow. If you only do one thing with us, it will be this one.

From 2027

Crew Missions

We turn up somewhere together: a boxing session, a hike, a talk. Someone else runs the experience, we bring the crew. Doing something hard next to someone is its own kind of conversation.

Every day

Your local pocket

In the app, between the meet-ups: people in your county, short posts, pocket challenges and a weekly league.

Membership standards

Six things we hold to.

Stated out loud at every meet-up, not buried in a terms page. This is what makes the room safe enough for anyone to say anything true in it.

01

Respect

Everyone in the room is somewhere on the same road. Nobody's season is judged against anybody else's.

02

Confidentiality

What's said in the circle stays in the circle. No exceptions, no retelling it as a funny story later.

03

Contribution

Ask clearly, offer generously. Both halves. Someone who only takes and someone who never asks are the same problem.

04

Responsibility

You said you'd do it by a date. Nobody chases you. You come back and report honestly either way.

05

Integrity

No predatory selling. This is not a lead list. If business happens it happens because trust came first.

06

Presence

Participate, don't perform. The version of you that's managing how you look isn't the one that gets anything out of this.

Break them and you'll be asked to leave. That's the deal, and it's the reason the room works.

Between the meet-ups

The app is where the Circle lives.

A few meet-ups a year are not enough to hold a community together. Between them, the app puts you in a local pocket: people in your county, not a global feed you scroll past.

  • Pick your county. One primary pocket, two more you can watch. Broad area only, never your exact location.
  • See who's actually near you. Not a follower count. People close enough to meet on a weeknight.
  • Events with RSVP. Every meet-up and mission lands in the app first, with the places that are left.
  • A feed that isn't a performance. Short posts, pocket challenges, and a weekly league that resets every Monday.

We could tell you there are five hundred of us.There aren't.

This is the beginning. The first official event is in London in January 2027, and everyone who comes to the early ones is a founding member with a real say in what this becomes. That's a better offer than a number we made up.

One important thing

Kings Piece is personal development and community. It is not therapy, and it is not crisis care. Conversations here go to honest places, and people do talk about hard things, but nobody here is a clinician, and this isn't the right support if you're in real distress right now.

Samaritans are free on 116 123, any time, any day. Come along when you're ready. It'll still be here.

Questions

Who is the KP Circle for?+

Thoughtful, ambitious people who want to grow intentionally and value accountability, honest conversation and real connection over status or performance. If that's you, you're already the right fit.

Is the community only for men?+

No. The KP Circle is open to everyone, and Queens Piece runs its own community for women inside the same app. Some in-person formats run separately for men and for women, so each room can go where it needs to.

Do I need to be a runner?+

No. Run & Reset, starting in 2027, is a slow run at talking pace, and walkers are welcome. Nobody's timed and nobody gets left at the back. The journal half is the point.

Is it online or in person?+

Both. The Circle lives in the app day to day, where your local pocket and the weekly rhythm are. From 2027, Run & Reset and Crew Missions are how it becomes real beyond the screen.

I don't know anybody. Is that weird?+

Nearly everyone arrives on their own; that's rather the point. Every meet-up opens with time for coffee and names, and Run & Reset (from 2027) is slow enough to talk the whole way, so you're never standing at the edge.

Is this a networking event?+

No, and pitching is against the standards. What does happen is that people who have built genuine trust end up helping each other. The order matters: trust first, business maybe.

Where does it happen?+

Surrey and London to begin with. Tell us your county when you join and it helps decide where the next pocket meets.

What does it cost?+

The KP Community and your local pocket are free, and so will Run & Reset be from 2027. KP Circle in the app is £7.99 a month or £54.99 a year. Crew Missions are at the partner's own price. KP Circle Club (£25 a month, by application) opens in 2027 and is paid on our store, not in the app.

Join the Circle

Do not build your next chapter alone.

Tell us where you are and what season of life you're in. You'll hear back from a person, not a system, with your local pocket and the first dates. And tell us which day would suit you for Run & Reset in 2027: Sunday morning or Monday evening.

No spam. One person reads every one of these.
