Our refund policy for men's underwear is as follows:

We offer a full refund or replacement for any product that is defective, damaged, or not as described.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused due to the nature of the item, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. But we will not refund the cost of shipping.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, or worn, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may be incurred for international orders.

1. Eligibility for Refund:

  • We offer a full refund or replacement for any King's Journal that is defective, damaged during shipping, or not as described on our website.
  • To be eligible for a return, the King's Journal must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unmarked, and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all refund or replacement requests.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for King's Journals that have been used, written in, or otherwise altered, unless they are defective or not as described.
  • Refunds will not include the cost of shipping, which is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for the Ebooks/ Digital download products

 

1.Non-Eligibility for Refund:

  • All eBooks/ digital download products are non refundable. Because there is instant access to the downloads there it is not returnable and we cannot stop you from accessing the download link once it is sent.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not returned in its original condition or if it is returned after the 30-day window.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
