You cannot accomplish much without a plan. We give you the tools to go as in-depth and detailed as you like when setting your goals for the short term to coincide with your long-term goals.
The Kings Journal is crafted for those who want an all-in-one book. We developed the journal for those who like to plan, set goals, track habits and reflect daily so that they can grow each and every day over 1 quarter of the year(we refer to this as a chapter). This product cultivates consistency, self-reflection and discipline to help elevate the individual to reach their short-term goals over a 90 day period: just long enough to see real long-term impactful growth but short and intense enough so that your short-term goals have a significant impact on your long term goals.
Curated for those who seek maximum growth along with structured guidance, this journal encourages those who have trouble with productivity, prioritisation, low self-awareness and lack of direction for their purpose. Use the Journal as your daily reflection tool to live a life with values principles and discipline so that you and others can witness the man you are meant to become.
Formulated in a way that helps the individual go on a journey of self-discovery and then onto self-mastery, this journal includes thought-provoking questions and exercises that first allow you to understand who you are, who you want to be and how you want to live before embarking on a chapter that aids in discovering what your purpose is and setting up your own custom plan to achieve your mission
The Kings Journal is more than a book full of pages - it's a companion for your every day, a reflection of your journey through life and a vessel for your future success.
Following our recommendations, the Journal will take 13 weeks which is 90 days to complete.
"We also suggest taking a day or two before starting your everyday journaling, so that you have time to go through our beginning exercises and goal setting. This will enable you to conduct an in-depth analysis of yourself and determine what you want your goals to be for this chapter."
Whilst it is not mandatory. Completing every exercise will give you a strong premise to form a good understanding of yourself, how to improve and what areas to improve on, in addition also allowing you to take a deep reflection on your current life and what your aspirations are, this is arguably one of the most exciting parts of the journal...
In short no you don't but for your own benefit we suggest you do!
We strongly recommend that you journal everyday as this will allow you to holistically reflect on behaviours and patterns and keep you consistent and disciplined with planning your day and actively working on achieving your goal and tasks. However, if you do not feel like journaling every day you do not have to.
Once you complete the current chapter of the Kings journal, keep it and put it on your shelf or put it away somewhere safe, and if this Journal has helped you significantly then we would like to congratulate you and thank you for allowing us to be a big part of your everyday routine and growth.
We personally believe that journaling is an everyday non-negotiable habit as documenting analysing and working on yourself is a daily occurrence so with that we recommend that you get your next journal so you can continue your next chapter of growth and continue writing your story and reap the benefits.
