Now as a part of our Journey to becoming the person we want to be here at kings piece, we have come across many different ways to improve ourselves however one thing I, in particular, have always been weary of and thought was a whole lot of woo woo rubbish was the spiritual element of your being, believing in spiritual energy and attraction all seemed a bit crazy to me but once I got to understand some of the principles and applied them myself I started to understand what all the fuss was about when it came to all this spiritual talk,  this blog post topic will be discussing why  affirmations are important

Affirmations are a potent tool that can have a profound impact on our mindset and overall well-being. If you are still unconvinced ill give you an example, I always thought that if I couldn't do something it was because I was no good and just aren't meant to be good at it or couldn't do it, now I learnt this lesson from my personal fitness coach where I would always fall short on my reps at the gym however one session with him totally changed my negative thoughts of not being able to get another rep, I pushed through that barrier and was able to do another 4 reps after this I realised its only your inner self that is holding you back from your true potential tell yourself “another rep, let's go, you got this you are strong” and I can affirm you'll be thanking me for those extra gains in the gym!
